In recently, there are many injustices in some industry in Japan,
For example, Automotive industry, Used-cars sales industry, and generic drug industry.
These incidents impact and influence related organizations and consumers.
1. Injustice at the Automotive industry
In 2022 in March, there was injustice related to the exhaust gas and fuel consumption in the automotive industry. It directly affects to environmental pollution in the world.
And then the government has had investigation of the Automotive industry very soon and administered punishment to Automotive industry which halted the factory line and affected profits of related companies negativity.
This Automotive industry may lose trust and will not recover for long-time.
2. Injustice at the used-car sales industry,
In 2023 in July, there was injustice related to many cars repaired with intentionally and insisted fraudulent billing to customer in the used-car sales industry which is reported on the news in a flash bulletin.
Its industry president resigned very soon and took over to the new president for restructure of industry.
But more many wrong-doing appeared by whistle-blowing by employees which triggered lost trust by customer which caused decreased gain and profit for companies.
In August, the Consulting company of its industry has been intervention of financial management.
However, the consulting company will decide to discuss to hand over to other company during there are many property.
3. Injnustice in the Generic Drug Industry.
In 2021, there are injustice occurs of generic drug industry.
It is Many wrong-doing on compliance of drags-manufactured process and have been since 10 years ago which halted the factory line and delayed manufacture of generic drugs that could not be delivered to many pharmacy and many hospital that made difficult to prescribe medication by the doctors.
This situation is still continuing in Japan.
I would like to say that these become clear with accusations by employees.
I mean the field worker found wrong-doing of compliance.
I think that most employees had been hiding wrong-doing.
Why the employee hides them?
Because the employee fears harassment or dismissal or demotion or relegation by accusation by their employers.
But it is difficult situation or sever to delay report about hiding injustice or wrong-doing.
If Japan wants to continue to exist as a modern nation, It should reform its methods of supporting whistle-blowing and encouraging expose of company wrong-doing.
