I think that it is important to use financial resources to take care and raise children.
Now here I want to say, “just only women can have a baby from a biological point of view”.
However most Japanese people have this beautiful ideal of getting married to have a baby.
I think there are various women who get married, or hope be a single mother and be a surrogate mother And LGBT couples hope to have a baby too.
If women want to have more babies?
I think that the Japanese government needs discussion about adjusting the environment of women life balance are have a baby and rising a child add to build a career at work.
Women’s life is very hard!
When women become pregnant, they make the effort to adapt changing condition under hormonal influence for 10 months to deliver a baby.
After having a baby, a Woman tasks increase even more.
Japanese government encourage “childcare leave for men” to enterprise or company.
And demands increasing nursery schools to municipality.
I hear of “childcare leave for men” “more nursery school” and “secure financial resources”
I think that These will not become a solution for the decrease of birthrate.
When I was 35 years old, I decided to not have a baby.
Because I was working as a nurse in hospital.
It seemed very difficult for nurses around me who had babies to raise them.
They have to wake up early morning to make a lunch for their child and send them to nursery school. Before coming to work at the hospital.
After work, they rush to nursery school to pick up their child.
And go to supermarket, go back home, make dinner, and prepare for tomorrow.
They sometime read a letter from nursery teacher for school events.
I thought they don’t have enough time for themself.
Plus having to support husbands or each other’s parents.
So, I am certain that if l have a baby and raise a child rather than just money.
I needed many supporters and create an Environment for me I was 35 years old.
My suggestion is to proactively to change the working style in Japan.
Remote, reducing working hours depending on children situation.
for example, range of working hour 10 am – 3pm with guarantee of salary.
Or using Digital solution to help women who raise children.
Do not recover with Consumption tax or social security,
Create an environment for women who want to make a baby and raise children.
3days earlier, Japanese government said that they want to increase the number of female managers to 30% by 2030.
I hope that the Japanese government hear the opinion of married women, pregnant women,
women raising children and women who have raised children.
And what men think about the decrease of birthrate relate to elderly society in the future.
